rdable new cars on sale today. It is the least expensive and smallest model in Nissan's lineup, slotting just below the Sentra. Despite the Versas diminutive dimensions, it offers a surprising amount of cargo space, making it more useful than it might seem. It is also available with plenty of safety features, and the cabin doesnt feel like it was built to a budget. After a full redesign for 2020, the Nissan Versa heads into 2021 relatively unchanged.
The redesigned Versa sits 2.3 inches lower, is 1.8 inches wider and has a 1.6-inch-longer profile than the previous generation. Its styling bears a strong resemblance to its larger sibling, the Nissan Altima, which is a big step up for the subcompact. And while the price has increased, you are getting more features than before. Formerly top-trim-exclusive features such as power windows, power locks, and keyless entry with push-button start are now standard on the base S trim level.
The base S trim also offers a 7-inch touchscreen and Bluetooth, frontal collision warning with automatic emergency braking, lane departure warning, rear automatic emergency braking, automatic headlights, and a rearview camera as standard equipment.
The SV builds on top of Versa S content with16-inch alloy wheels, Heated mirrors, Body-colored mirror caps and door handles, Upgraded cloth upholstery, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, available Satellite radio and Blind-spot monitor with rear cross-traffic alert.
